Total Offense minus Defence = 36 - 12 = 24
24 to minus 22 = 46 point difference = about 12 runs, kinda like Giants vs Angels in Game 5.
The Twins have won their first BB3000 First Fantasy Playoff Season Championship with a drubbing of the defending champion Cubs in Game 7. Needing goose eggs, Chuck Finley came out and threw up all over the scoresheet, leaving a plethora of crap on his pitching line. He allowed 7 runs and did not get out of the 4th inning. The relievers came in and gave parallel performances. Stewart, Mesa, Osuna, and Walker all got racked. Three Twins homers led the onslaught. Burrell, Konerko, and Rolen all cranked one. While not spectacular, Odalis Perez gave 6 innings for win, and then left the rest to his indomitable bullpen of Robb Nen, Mike Williams, and Marty Marte.
The Twins also won the Regular Season Championship.
