2001 BB3000 Pre-Season Ratings - as rated by the team's GM

We must remember that these ratings are the team's own GM doing the rating. Each GM probably has somewhat of an inflated perception of his players' abilities, based on hope, more hope, and despairing hope. Also, these ratings are looking at only the starting lineups. The bench is also important when injuries occur.

Twins

So completely arbitrary. Spent about 2 minutes, cause I really didn't have a clue how to rate them. Too many variables, how do you rate potential, value of different positions, we all have different scouting info, etc. Just kinda threw some random numbers out. I wouldn't put too much stock in my estimation. I promise they'll change tomorrow when I look at my team again.
